What are the factors for the overcurrent of the air compressor motor?

A motor is a transducer that continuously converts electromagnetic energy and mechanical energy. When electrical energy is input, the motor can continuously output torque and mechanical energy, that is, a motor; on the contrary, if the external force continuously pushes the motor shaft and inputs mechanical energy, the motor can reverse. It continuously outputs voltage and electric energy to the terminal of the wire, that is, the generator. Historically, a static transformer was also counted as a motor, but it gradually evolved to refer to motors and generators. One advantage of motors is that they have relatively small losses, and large motors can achieve efficiencies as high as 99%.


1) Whether the customer's voltage is low.


2) Whether the customer is under pressure to use. (For example, the rated pressure of 8kgf is set to 8.5kgf, or if the pressure sensor is bad, it should be 8.5kgf but it shows 8kgf, it needs to be checked with the pressure gauge)


3) Whether the air volume of the customer has increased (if the pulley has been replaced, the air volume has become too large)


4) Has the head load increased (whether the manual cranking feels obvious stuck)


5) The oil circuit load such as screw oil coking is large.


6) Oil blockage.


7) False alarm of current transformer or main control (use a clamp meter to judge the current, if the main control test is not allowed, it can be corrected in the column of Plott coefficient correction.)
