1. Hall detection. Take out the common tool multimeter, adjust it to 20v gear, insert a red pen into the positive line of the Hall, and use a black pen to identify the yellow line, green line and blue line of the intervention, then turn on the power lock and turn the motor wheel gently. , the voltage is changing, then the Hall is normal, the normal voltage range is 0-5v, on the contrary, if the voltage remains the same, there is something wrong with the Hall, and the Hall needs to be replaced.

2. Assemble the differential motor. The motor and the differential are generally separated. If the hexagonal wire is used, please use a sharp awl to clear the dirt attached to the hexagonal cap for assembly.

3. Put the removed parts in order, and there are magnets on the outside to pay attention to maintenance, so as not to attract debris and cause trouble.

4. Detect the damage of the corresponding Hall, and tap it gently with a sharp awl. Please do not weld for a long time when welding the Hall, so as not to damage the Hall by the heat! Then use 101 glue to fix the Hall to avoid falling off, and fix the wire with a wire harness! Then install, the screws must be tightened to prevent the screws from falling off.

So, if the motor gets water, how to repair it?

Use a hot air gun to stop the evaporative water removal, and then use the hot air gun to dry the water accumulated on the outside of the stator winding. If the operation is not "slippery", apply lubricating oil properly, and please replace it in time if necessary. At first, the motor end cover should be smeared with sealant to prevent secondary damage from being tightly closed.
